What does a project cost?
Every project is quoted individually. The first call is free; if we're a fit, a paid onboarding phase produces a locked, itemised quotation before any production spend — so you approve the full cost up front.
What is The Locked Scope?
It is how every Madevia project starts. During paid onboarding we review your design, negotiate with factories and plan samples, tooling and quality checks. The result is a fixed, itemised scope — the price you approve is the price you pay.
What do I need to get started?
A basic concept, the funding to reach your goal, and the intent to start within 1–3 months. We don't work on projects financed from future crowdfunding earnings.
Which materials can you manufacture?
Hardware, plastic, wood, metal, tech and textile — engineered, prototyped and produced under one roof.
How long does a project take?
It depends on complexity, tooling and certification. Your timeline is set during onboarding, with milestones for samples, production and shipping written into your scope.
Do you handle shipping and customs?
Yes. Door-to-door logistics by air, ocean or road, customs clearance and compliance are part of the service, with tracking from the factory floor.
How do you protect my idea?
We operate under confidentiality from first contact and sign an NDA before detailed files are shared. We also handle trademark and design registration, so your product and brand stay yours.
